Overall buying experience was great. Process was made quick and simple. On the sales side, Sandy was very helpful, informative, and quick to answer any of my questions. On the Finance side, Adam was extremely knowledge and i felt he did all that he could to provide me with the best deal.

I ordered my truck on 1/12, order accepted by GM 1/14 and took possession on 3/5. I would rate my experience a 10 out of 10. My salesman Casy was very professional and kept me up to date throughout the process. Definitely ask for him. I got a fair deal, never felt pressured, and Casey was completely honest and upfront during the entire endeavor. I highly recommend you visit this dealership if ordering or purchasing a new car. I look forward to working with Ross Downing in the future.

I had two services done, not sure which this one is for. I had a transmission issue with my truck that is less than two years old. At first the news was not good, part was on backorder, and there were no loaners at the dealership. Smiley then went to work and tracked down the part at another dealership and had my truck fixed in a day. appreciate the sense of urgency to get this done

Having a 2011 F350 King Ranch dually to trade, (with extremely low mileage) I was extremely happy with the trade in value given to me by Mr. Marquis. We had already been to a Ford dealership and looked at the Explorer. We couldn't come to a deal with them because they wouldn't get to where we needed to be on the trade in value. After going to Ross Downing we were very impressed with the Traverse. My wife liked it better than the Explorer and the trade in value offered made this deal happen. I brought my 2024 corvette to have the first oil change done on it. The manager that i was schedule to talk to was Todd. He was great. He met me at the door when I pulled up and even new my name. He told me it would take them about 2 hours to complete the service and he actually completed in 1:45 mins. The entire team at Ross downing were fantastic to work with. I will be back. thanks

Well for starters I bought a new truck on Wednesday and today is Friday and still haven’t taken possession of it they said they would put the step boards on it Thursday morning and paperwork never got turned in to do so service had no clue about it went all day Thursday and no word then as I was turning into the dealership I got text that it wasn’t ready not too happy with my experience so far

Made an appointment for service for 815. Appointment was then moved to express lane however there was no opening until 1pm. I dropped off vehicle at 8 and by 845 got a call to pick it up my oil change and tire rotation was completed. Happy with my service just wish it wasn't 125 to change oil.

My experience with Ross Downing Chevrolet Service was unacceptable. I brought in my 2021 C8 because the convertible top was not functioning properly. After a few days, I received a call stating that the repair would cost $7,700 due to bent rails. I went to the dealership to speak directly with the technician, who claimed the only way this damage could occur was by opening the top while driving. I informed him that the vehicle’s system prevents the top from operating above the speed Chevrolet designed it for, making his explanation implausible. I explained to him that the car was parked in my driveway being detailed when it happened. I also reported that the rear window wouldn’t operate electronically and could only be moved manually using an Allen key at the rear window motor. Furthermore, the convertible top lifted on the passenger side but not on the driver’s side. The tonneau cover moved to the closed position while the top was opening, causing it to strike the convertible roof. These symptoms clearly indicate the top was out of sync and that the motor or controller on the driver’s side was malfunctioning. Despite this, the technician doubled down on his wind damage theory, dismissing the mechanical failures I described. It was evident he made no effort to properly diagnose the problem. When the extended warranty adjuster arrived, the technician repeated the same baseless claim about wind damage without conducting any additional troubleshooting. Therefore causing my extended warranty to deny the claim. In my view, the technician lacked the skill—or willingness—to properly diagnose the issue. His personal assumptions interfered with a professional and accurate assessment of the problem. I will be contacting the District Service Manager and opening a formal case with the Executive Resolution Team. Additionally, I will be sharing my experience across all Corvette forums where I’m an active member, and this message has already been relayed to my Corvette Club. Once I receive the Chevrolet survey, I will be responding with the same level of detail and seriousness expressed here.

I was an out of state buyer and did everything remotely. The salesman was not timely with responding to my questions and addressing my concerns. I would text and call him and get a response four or five hours later if not more, with the rationale that it is a busy dealership. Towards the end of my car buying experience I decided to reach out directly to the finance manager to address my concerns and he addressed them timely. Overall, I love the car and appreciate the finance manager taking time out of his day to help a customer. I recommend that you look into the out of state buying process and ensure that salesman are equipped with dealing with these customers effectively and have the time to serve these customers because I’ve purchased many cars this way and this one was the worse experience. No negotiation was needed, only needed to answer some questions timely. Oh last part is I received my car on Saturday and didn’t even have a tag or paperwork to drive the car till Monday. Once again, I ask that you look into the remote buying process because you can lose potential great customers with the inefficiencies and poor service that exists.l in this area.

Very expensive If I didn’t have the coupon I wouldn’t have had service done there and it was still $100 more than I get my other Duramax at my normal place but I had already booked and went with it as I didn’t do my homework the coupon made me think it was a deal

I made a reservation for service for June 4th. My truck sat on the lot for 3 days without even being looked at. I was told the shop was backed up with serval jobs that were just taken. What is the point of the reservation? If you don’t have the space then why are you taking reservations? Also communication was terrible. I received little to no information unless I called and asked questions.

Brought car in because when in reverse the camera feed to the display was badly scrambled. Ross Downing mechanic installed a factory update to the vehicle software. After the update the car worked properly.

My service was fast and satisfactory and the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

I had used another dealership for a transmission issue and they did not tighten up the bolts leading to starting issues. This dealership was so easy to work with. They found the problem and fixed it immediately. They also let us know the other dealership did not put the guards back under the truck. Very honest people at Ross!!

While I was traveling in my company truck, it broke done on Highway 12 just down the road from the dealership. Todd greeted me when I walked and treated my I was a longtime customer. He was able to get my truck in the shop and point me towards a the car rental place next door, so I can continue my trip. The service department had parts on hand and I was able to pick up the truck 2 days later on my return trip.

My vehicle was stolen and I took it in for a comprehensive diagnostic test to make sure it was mechanically sound and safe. I was told it only needed motor mounts, which I had changed. When I left there was a loud noise. I brought it back and it was the transmission. I relied on the original estimate to keep my vehicle that had been totaled. Now I am out the $1,400 for the motor mount plus the additional amount the insurance would have paid me.

If you are selling $130K+ Corvettes, you'd expect just a bit more "polished" sales people. You'd expect a little more "special" treatment. It felt like I was buying a Honda Civic; drove 300 miles to get here and didn't even have a manager present themselves to say thanks for coming in.

I wanted to wait for my vehicle… I was worried that it would take a long time. They got me in promptly and did my oil change and tire rotation quickly. I was done in an hour.

Our salesperson, Tori, was great to deal with. Not pushy and very friendly. One downside to the experience was there was only one finance person at the dealership and it took forever to get in his office since there were four people ahead of us. Once we got in there, he was good to deal with. Only thing I was a bit dissatisfied with, they didn’t detail my truck before I picked it up. They had plenty time as I did the deal on Friday night and I didn’t come pick it up until Monday evening. It was right off the truck, so they had to finish setting it up, but they didn’t clean anything. The carpets had a ton of lint I had to spend an hour or so getting that cleaned.

My service advisor was great. I feel like they were honest and took the time to make sure it was fixed properly. Unlike my experience at your GMC dealership across the street.

The service team took three (3) days to diagnose my vehicle for a transmission failure, which is way too long. I was then provided a $9,000 plus estimate to repair my vehicle without any breakdown of what that costs intels. A cost of $9,000 plus is more than the vehicle is worth. Three days to determine there is a transmission failure is an unacceptable amount of time. On the really high cost, I would like to see a price breakdown of what that intels on a transmission replacement. I would also like the service team to provide customers with other options when there’s an extraordinary cost, .

Dealer was helpful up until the point of purchase. After discussing with sales, a price of $36,000 was agreed on for the car and I signed the paper agreeing that this was the price determined. When signing the contract the price was $36,555 and was not what was agreed on. The minute I finished signing, I was told the abs system on the car was malfunctioning and needed servicing for several days and I was not informed of this before signing the papers for the vehicle

RJ and Adam were excellent representatives that helped me through purchasing my Truck. RJ was a straight shooter and had a great personality. Through our first conversation he was pleasant and was not pushy. He had great rapport and all seems to be a good guy. Adam worked with me to find what makes sense for me in terms of price. He was a great person to talk to and would do this process all over again. I will be back when it comes time to upgrade to a silverado.

I was there an extremely long time which was quite frustrating. And it's so cold in there that it was miserable. Fortunately, Cherise told me there was a bench outside the Service entrance where I could warm up. The dealership does an awesome job of taking care of my little vehicle but I don't think an oil change/tire rotation should take 2 hours.

This is the 1st car I have purchased in my home state in many, many years. I had been going to Tx, Al for my purchases as I believed their dealerships were much more in tune and turned volume, hence given me a better deal and experience. Matter of fact I had two other pending offers on the table until reaching out to Ross Downing Chevy. The only reason I gave Ross Downing a look was because their sales rep - Chris Matte responded promptly and provided more info than I was asking. My salesman Cameron Williams and my finance guy was Adam Paqua. Both of these gentlemen were nothing short of amazing during the entire process. Cameron answered any questions we had along the way about the vehicle and just the entire trade in / buy process and was there every step of the way assuring us of what was taking place during the waiting process. Adam was amazing at explaining the entire finance process and answered any questions we had and did his best to get our note where we felt comfortable. You always have to tell them what’s going on with your car after they then had your car two n three days n they say o the merchant didn’t said this n that n after calling you back for show that’s what’s wrong with your car if you go in for a problem make sure to check everything before calling n saying something isn’t wrong n it really is .. I put my trust in there men n they let me down everytime I travel from my hometown to these n it’s always lies n then they try to make you like you don’t know what’s you talking about it’s crazy they must be over with cuz everyone always look very tried n angry no one really speak to you so ill never go back ..

The people we dealt with was as helpful as much as they could. We brought the car in on the 3 rd for an oil change and a nail in our run flats. We didn’t get our car back till Sept 9th. They did give us a courtesy car to go home with though. It was an extra trip for us we didn’t expect!
